Photography is so much more than beautiful photos to me. It’s more about the emotions that you feel so that you will be able to look back on your wedding day and feel like you are reliving every moment.
I am originally from Lake Wales, FL but moved to Valdosta, GA for college back in 2017, but here we are now in Atlanta, GA. I have always had a passion and desire for photography. My love for photography first started when I joined my high school's yearbook class, which I continued to be a part of throughout my high school career. Once in college, I purchased my first DSLR, which was the Canon T5i and fell in love with photography all over again.
I honestly believe photography was a gift from God. 1 Peter 4:10 talks about using the gifts you were gifted and I believe photography and being a very relational person is what draws me even more to wedding photography.
When I think about what matters to me, I instantly think about a part of a song I once heard that says, "You Become What You Behold". Therefore, a few words/phrase that I hold dearly to my heart and the way I approach each opportunity as a photographer are:
Connecting and building new relationships with each couple.
Having a storytelling and photojournalistic approach.
Striving not to create but curate moments to feel organic.
Documenting in a way that feels more like an observer than director to bring candid emotions to life.
